Vice-Premier, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Javad Zarif.

Session dedicated to the foundation of Türkmen alabaý itleri Association has been held in Turkmen Agricultural University. Heads and representatives number of ministries , public organizations, professors and teachers of the university, skilled dog handlers and other specialists took part in the event.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference working session of the Cabinet of Ministers where current objectives of the state life have been discussed.

International Photo exhibition and Conference “Turkmenistan – Home of Neutrality” will be held in Turkmen capital on May 13. The exposition will present works of national and foreign photographers and correspondents dedicated to friendship of nations as well as to the neutrality of Turkmenistan.

At the session of the Government on May 1, Vice-premier, Foreign Minister R. Meredov informed the Head of the State about measures for intensification of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the World Trade Organization.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having assigned the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Protection, administrations of Balkan and Mary Velayats to provide the production of sugar beets in etraps of the above-mentioned regions using scientifically based crop rotation.

Honoring the unexampled heroism of the veterans of 1941-1945 Great Patriotic War, the wives of war and labor veterans, given their noble work in educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, their contribution to strengthening the unity and solidarity of our people, successful implementation of reforms in our country, as well as on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Victory in 1941-1945Great Patriotic War, the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signs the Decree, authorizing:

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, ordering the relevant state institutions to organize the solemn ceremony of awarding the veterans, wives of the participants of 1941-1945 Great Patriotic War (in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan) and labor veterans, who worked in home front during the war, with the anniversary medal “On the 75th anniversary of Victory in 1941-1945 Great Patriotic War”.

Development of constructive cooperation between Turkmenistan and International Migration Organization has been reviewed at the video conference sessions with IMO Regional Coordinator for Central Asia Zeynal Gajiyev held in the Foreign Ministry and the State Migration Service.

The Foreign Ministry hosted online meeting of co-chairmen of Turkmen – Japanese Committee for economic cooperation where expansion of interstate relations has been discussed.
