In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Lieutenant Colonel Nurmyrat Kovusov was released from the position as the Vice-Rector for combat training and educational work and is appointed as the Rector of the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Police Lieutenant General Charymyrat Amanov was released from the position as the Rector of the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and is appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Secretary of the State Security Council.
