On November 19, 2020, an international round-table conference entitled “The Role of Positive Neutrality of Turkmenistan in the Sustainable Development of the Transport and Logistics Sector in the Caspian Sea Region” was held in collaboration with the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation (the city of Astrakhan) and the Agency for International Relations of the Astrakhan Region. Among those participating in the online event were representatives of authorities and the business community, experts, teaching staff of higher education universities, media professionals of Turkmenistan and the Astrakhan Region.

On November 19, the OSCE Center in Ashgabat organized a new online meeting with foreign experts for Turkmen media professionals, and representatives of a number of ministries and agencies.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers with participation of the heads of regional and capital administrations.

In accordance with the Code of Turkmenistan ""On Land"" and Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 14668 dated March 18, 2016 ""On the regulation of land relations in Turkmenistan"", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, ordering to abolish the right of relevant legal entities to land use on the basis of contracts for the provision of land plots to enterprises and institutions, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to conclude contracts with foreign companies for the purchase of chemicals to combat weeds and pests.
