On December 5, the Amudarya Valley hosted the opening ceremony of a plant producing high-quality ceramic products, built in Khalach etrap by builders of local private firm.

On December 4, the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater hosted a videoconference bridge linking the Turkmen capital with the Austrian capital, Vienna. The virtual event, celebrating the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, aimed to highlight the instrumental role of humanitarian cooperation in the foreign policy pursued by the head of state Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

On December 4, an Online International Scientific Conference entitled “Neutral Turkmenistan – UNESCO: International Cooperation in the Fields of History and Culture” was held in the capital.

Today, six four-story apartment buildings have officially opened their doors in Balkanabat.

Opening of the mosque for 500 people, which was built by Turkmenistan, has been held in Akina settlement, Andhoy district, Faryab Province, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. At the request of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the delegation of our country including representatives of relative ministries and departments took part in the event.

On December 4, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers, during which outcomes of work of the branches of national economy for the past 11 months have been summed up and other issues of the state home and foreign policy, which is aimed at provision of favorable and happy life of the nation, have bene reviewed.

In order to ensure the fulfilment of Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1886 dated September 4, 2020 ""On further improvement of the work of the consular service of Turkmenistan"", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing to reorganize the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (Mazar-i-Sharif) into the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (Mazar-i-Sharif).

In accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan ""On diplomatic service"", ""On the status of diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan in foreign states"" and ""On consular offices of Turkmenistan abroad"", as well as in order to improve the activities of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan in foreign countries and to ensure effective implementation of the assigned duties, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the 2021expenses budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan in foreign countries.
