In the modern period, independent neutral Turkmenistan under the leadership of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov actively develops cooperation with foreign partners in information exchange and interaction through mass media.
Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital system, at which topical issues of the state's life were discussed, and drafts of a number of documents aimed at the comprehensive development of the national economy were considered.
In order to further strengthen the material and technical base of the agricultural industry of Turkmenistan in an epoch of might and happiness, to increase the efficiency of agricultural producers in growing high yields, as well as to protect agricultural crops from diseases and pests, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to conclude:
In accordance with the Code of Turkmenistan "On Land" and Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 14668 dated March 18, 2016 "On the regulation of land relations in Turkmenistan", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the relevant officials to lease out to the Chinese National Oil and Gas Corporation "International Ltd." operating in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Hydrocarbon Resources" and the Production Sharing Agreement for the Bagtyýarlyk contract territory, a land plot with a total area of 26.55 hectares for the construction of a water supply system for surface facilities of gas fields in the western section of sector B of the Bagtyýarlyk contract territory in the Lebap velayat, including 18 hectares for the construction of a water intake facility near the Amu Darya River on the territory of the Farab etrap of the Lebap velayat - for the period of the Production Sharing Agreement, 8.55 hectares for the laying of a water supply system and adjacent roads - for the period of completion of construction and installation works.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Ogulaltyn Amandurdyevna Cherkezova was appointed as the Deputy Hyakim of the Dashoguz Velayat for education, culture, health care and sports, and was released of the position as the Deputy Hyakim of the Byzmeyinsky etrap
In order to provide the agricultural sector of the country with mineral fertilizers, as well as the production enterprises of the chemical industry of Turkmenistan with the necessary chemical products, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the "Türkmenhimiýa"State Concern to conclude contracts with the limited liability companies "Navoiy Milling" and "Uzkimyoimpeks" (the Republic of Uzbekistan) for the purchase of 512.000 tons of phosphate rock and chemical products in 2022–2025.
As already reported, on September 26, with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the opening of a multidisciplinary complex that has no analogues in the region, symbolically named “Ashgabat”, took place in the capital. Today, the Shopping and Entertainment Center included in its infrastructure was visited by members of the Government of the country together with their grandchildren, familiarized with the opportunities created here for family recreation and interesting pastime for children and adults.
Today in the capital solemn presentations of the book by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov "Independence - our happiness" has taken place. The new edition was a remarkable gift to compatriots and numerous friends of our country to the 30th anniversary of independence of our Homeland. It is known that the leader of the nation handed its first copies to participants of the meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty, which took place on September 25.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, H. Ashyrmyradov was released of his post as the Hyakim of the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat. R. Khojagulyev was appointed as the new Hyakim of the Ak Bugday etrap.
Today, neutral Turkmenistan, celebrating the 30th jubilee of its independence with considerable achievements, takes leading positions in the ranks of the dynamically developing countries of the world and in its rapid upward development relies on high technologies, innovations, and successfully realized by the President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov large-scale state programs. Aimed at improving of the peoples’ well-being in the region and the planet, the Turkmen leader’s initiatives enjoy great support of the global community of nations, promoting thereby enhancement of Turkmenistan’s global name recognition.
