Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has held an extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to sum up the outcome of activities of sectors of the national economy complex for the past six months and to discuss the course of realization of presidential and other programs for socio-economic development of the country and to outline priority goals for the second half of the year.
In order to carefully preserve the ancestral spiritual and moral values of the Turkmen people, to consistently increase the national traditions and customs inherited from their ancestors, guided by the noble principles of generosity, good morals and humanism, to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of our courageous, inspired people in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as in accordance with article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan I decree:
In order to successfully implement the tasks defined in the Program “Revival of a new era of a powerful state: The National Program of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052”, and further improvement of social and living conditions and social protection of the population,
To appoint Geldimyradov Khojamyrat as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, relieving him of his post of Rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov pays special attention to the integrated development of the regions as one of the key conditions for the overall progress of the country, taking important steps to achieve the grandiose goals of a new stage in the development of Turkmenistan, called "The revival of a new era of a powerful state."
Today, the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan hosted a meeting of Turkmen and French specialists via video link dedicated to the organization of an exhibition of museum values of Turkmenistan at the Louvre Museum (France), during which specialists from the National Directorate for the Protection, Study and Restoration of Historical and Cultural Monuments, as well as leading museums capitals discussed with the researchers of the Department of Oriental Antiquities of the Louvre Museum the main issues of the upcoming exhibition.
The events of the past month, during which important business meetings, political negotiations, business forums, large-scale cultural activities, exhibitions, conferences and other significant events were regularly held by Turkmenistan in the country and abroad, demonstrate the consistency of the progressive state policy of "open doors" successfully implemented by the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, focused on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
Today, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov has held a regular meeting of the State Security Council, which considered the outcome of work of military and law enforcement bodies for six months of the current year and outlined priority goals for the near future.
Junior judicial counsellor Malikgulyev Serdar Gurbangulyevich is appointed Attorney General of Turkmenistan and released from his post of attorney of Ashgabat city.
On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his sincere congratulations and best wishes to King of Thailand Maha Vajiralongkorn and all people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Thailand.
