To appoint Emin Yegenmyradovich Ashyrov as the hakim of the Gyzylarbat etrap of the Balkan velayat, relieving him of the post of hakim of the city of Balkanabat of the Balkan velayat.
To appoint Goshjanov Ovezgeldi Amanberdiyevich as the hakim of the city of Balkanabat, Balkan velayat.

Today, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, General of the Army Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council to consider the results of the work of the military and law enforcement agencies for January-August of the current year. The agenda also included issues of ensuring security and peace in independent Turkmenistan, strengthening the material and technical base of law enforcement agencies, and further improving their activities.
