The next issue of the quarterly scientific and applied journal «Democracy and law», prepared for printing by the Institute of State, Law and Democracy was published.

Careful preservation, all-round study and wide popularisation of the richest historical and cultural heritage of Turkmen people, who have brought a weighty contribution to development of world civilisation, acts as one of the priorities of the state policy of Turkmenistan initiated by Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and consistently realised by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

On 30 October 2024, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Alexei Overchuk, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Co-Chairman of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission on Economic Cooperation from the Russian side.

On behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan, and on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the fraternal people of Türkiye on the occasion of the national holiday – Republic Day. 

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atakhallyyev and khyakims of the country’s velayats. The agenda included issues of work in the agricultural sector in the regions and the implementation of the National Rural Program.

Today, the Mukam Palace of the State Culture Centre of Turkmenistan hosted a solemn ceremony of the opening of Days of culture of the Republic of Armenia in our country. The cultural event once again testified to the strengthening of bilateral cooperation.

Last week, 8 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan, and on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel and the people of the country on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Czech Republic.

For great success in the proper maintenance of Alabay dogs, which are an integral part of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, their education, breeding based on modern achievements of world science, development and improvement of folk selection in this area, in expanding international cooperation in the field of dog breeding, world popularization of the best traditions of the national school of dog breeding, taking into account many years of conscientious and selfless work, and also on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Day, I decree:

Today in honour of the holiday of Turkmen alabai, the country hosted celebrations in the framework of which exhibitions, art competitions in artistic embodiment n of the image of alabai in works of fine, decorative and applied art, other cultural events were held.
