In accordance with Articles 54, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:
to appoint Bashimov Ovezmyrat Sapargeldiyevich as Deputy Chairman of the Balkan Velayat Court;
to appoint Rozyyev Atajan Akmyradovich as a judge of the Kaka Etrap Court of the Ahal Velayat, relieving him of his post as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Kopetdag Etrap Court of the city of Ashgabat;
to appoint Suhanberdiyeva Yazjemal Sultanmyratovna as a judge of the Akdepe Etrap Court of the Dashoguz Velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class;
to appoint Annayev Ezizmyrat Akmyradovich as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Bagtyyarlyk Etrap Court of the city of Ashgabat and assign him the 5th qualification class;
to appoint Rahymov Bayramgeldi Charyberdiyevich as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Kerki etrap court of the Lebap velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class.
