Being guided by principles of mercy and humanism, inherited from our great ancestors, with a view of the further strengthening of unity and coherence of Turkmen society and each family as well as on the occasion of International Neutrality Day, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov has signed the Decree “On pardoning convicts on the occasion of International Neutrality Day”, having released the pardoned citizens of our country from further serving their basic sentences in the form of imprisonment.

Being invariably committed to peaceful disposition and good neighbourhood principles inherited from our great ancestors, guided by their ideals of mercy and humanism, fulfilment of good deeds, aspiring to the further strengthening of bonds of friendship between countries and peoples as well as on the occasion of International Neutrality Day, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov has signed the Decree “On pardoning foreign citizens convicted in the territory of Turkmenistan”.

According to the Law of Turkmenistan “On diplomatic service” as well as with a view of further perfection of structure of the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution, having approved the structure of the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

With a view of successful realisation of large-scale reforms in the sphere of education, preparation of qualified diplomats according to the international standards, capable to represent interests of our country in international relations in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution, having instructed to open at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs a specialized education centre "Diplomatic protocol";

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall together with the Ministry of Adalat in a month prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a proposal on making amendments and alterations into the legislation of Turkmenistan following from the given Resolution.

Hajiyev Vepa Segsengeldiyevich was released from the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in connection with his transfer to another post by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan.

Muhammetdurdyev Serdar Jumayevich, head of the Department of State Protocol and International Relations of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan was appointed simultaneously Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan.

Matiyev Berdiniyaz Gurbanberdiyevich was released from the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan in connection with his transfer to another post.

Gurbanov Ahmet Kakabayevich was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan.

Haljanov Atageldi Bayjanovich was released by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan from posts of Permanent representatives of Turkmenistan to the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) (Republic of Kenya), United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), United Nations Human Settlements Program (UN-HABITAT) (with residence in Geneva).
