Decree of the President of Turkmenistan On the appointment and dismissal of judges of the courts of Turkmenistan and assignment of qualification classes to them

In accordance with articles 54, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Court”, I decree:

to appoint Maksat Khojamyradovich Kherraev as chairman of the Arkadag City Court of Akhal velayat, relieving him of the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of Bagtyyarlyk Etrap Court of Ashgabat city;

to appoint Tuvakmammet Gurbanseyidovich Gurbanseyidov as a judge of the Arkadak City Court of Akhal velayat;

to appoint Annajahan Gurbanmyradovna Orazova as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Arkadag City Court of Akhal velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class.
