Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov left for an official visit to the United Arab Emirates.

Consistently implementing the foreign policy course based on the principles of peacefulness, positive neutrality and broad mutually beneficial cooperation, Turkmenistan aims to develop a constructive partnership with all states of the planet, including the countries of the Arab world. In this regard, one should note the traditionally friendly, fruitful nature of interaction with the United Arab Emirates, which in recent years has acquired a new quality and content.

Relations between Turkmenistan and the UAE are developing dynamically both in bilateral and multilateral formats, within the framework of authoritative regional and international organizations. This is entirely facilitated by a trusting, mutually respectful dialogue at the highest level, inherent in the Turkmen-Emirati cooperation, which has a solid mutual potential.

After flying to Abu Dhabi, the presidential airliner landed at the International Airport of the capital of the UAE. At the airport, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was warmly welcomed by officials.

Today, Abu Dhabi will host the Turkmen-Emirates talks at the highest level, designed to write a new important chapter in the history of interstate relations.
