President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his condolences to President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the brotherly people of Turkey in connection with the explosion in the centre of Istanbul, which caused human causalities and injuries.
On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf, the head of the state conveyed his sincere words of sympathy and support to relatives and close people of the deceased as well as wishes of the soonest recovery to the victims.
