Today, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, honoured elder, who also showed an interest in the state of construction activities developed there, has taken part in the mass tree planting action organized in the new modern administration centre of Akhal region. Heads of the new centre, constructors, honoured elders and the youth took part in the event that marked the start of the autumn season of the tree planting campaign.

Musical and song programs of workers of culture and art of the country at the specially designated venue added much to the joyful atmosphere and significance of this noble action, which possesses a great importance in the life of our country and people.

A representative of the younger generation addressed Arkadag with a request to give his blessing to the start of the autumn season of the mass tree planting campaign in the territory of the new centre of Akhal region.

The Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan was first to plant a young sapling there.

Following the example of Arkadag, all participants of the action started to plant saplings.

In the new administration centre of Akhal region between social and other projects, along roadsides saplings of trees were planted.

As a result of joint efforts of participants of the mass tree planting campaign, which was held in the atmosphere of unity and inspiration, over 5 thousand saplings of various species were planted in the territory of the new centre of Akhal region. This noble action has a special significance for improvement of the ecological situation and creation of favourable environment.

Participants of the mass tree planting action noted that the work started by Hero Arkadag for ensuring the ecological well-being of the fatherland and happy life of people, today is successfully continued by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and expressed their sincere gratitude to Arkadag.

Further, stopping at the sculpture of the legendary horse Akhan, the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh was interested in the course of construction of the new modern administration centre of Akhal region.

Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the New Centre of the region D.Orazov and khyakim of the new modern administration centre of Akhal region Sh.Durdylyev informed him on large-scale work developed there.

Having familiarized himself with specifications of building materials used for erection of the monument to the wonderful racing horse, Arkadag drew the attention to importance of their high quality and durability.

Green areas laid out there and the lighting system of Akhan Avenue of the new city should create a unique harmony with projects of road and transport infrastructures. One should take an approach to construction and finishing work on the basis of advanced experience for it. The colour palette of the sculpture of Akhan has also a great importance, it should embody the true image of the wonderful horse, Hero Arkadag said.

Further, the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan got familiarized himself with work carried out in the suburbs of white marble coated Ashgabat, in particular, with green zones created in its southwest part.

As known, in the course of his recent working trip to Ashgabat, the President of Turkmenistan made critical remarks in relation to the accomplishment and finishing work of projects of road and transport infrastructure carried out in the capital.

Hero Arkadag was interested in the work carried there taking into account critical remarks made by the President of the country. At present, accomplishment of the territory is carried out at a rapid pace here.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Ch. Purchekov, who supervises Ashgabat city and khyakim of the capital R.Gandymov, informed him on fulfilment of instructions of the President and work carried out in this area.

Arkadag marked that compliance of quality of construction work carried out in various corners of the fatherland with requirements of the time is outlined as an important task. In 2024, it is planned to hold jubilee events in honour of the great philosopher and poet of Turkmen people Magtymguly Fragi. They should become a significant event not only for our country but also for the global community. For the well-coordinated organization of planned events, one should already start preparation for this event, Hero Arkadag said.

As was noted, in the solemnities on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the great master of poetry, the happy life of people in the new epoch, of which Magtymguly Fragi wished, successes and grandiose achievements should be reflected.

As Hero Arkadag marked, one of the main requirements is the quality of materials used in construction of projects, their design and accomplishment of adjoining areas. The same concerns decoration of the central entrance to the cultural park complex of Magtymguly, in which modern tendencies and national colours should match. In this connection, Hero Arkadag gave a number of recommendations.

Further, the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan stopped at the multilane road bridge at the crossing of Bekreve Street and Archabil Avenue and got familiarized himself with accomplishment and decoration of the complex, which is carried out in full conformity with recommendations and corrections made by the head of the state as well as with application of the latest technologies. All this enables to realize optimally the given conception taking into account all nuances.

Continuing his way, the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh made a halt at the crossing of Bitarap Turkmenistan and Archabil Avenues, where the adjoining territory is accomplished taking into account traditions of national architecture and modern tendencies in the field of architecture, which gives positive results.

Hero Arkadag pointed out that the requirements made for construction of projects of city road and transport infrastructure also concern their accomplishment and design. Successful solution of tasks outlined in this sphere will facilitate complex realization of the city planning program.

As for implementation of construction projects, then one should make an active use of innovative technological solutions, including digital ones. At that, one should take into account the ecological aspect, including accomplishment of adjoining territories of newly built buildings.
