President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his sincere congratulations to President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping on the occasion of his re-election to the post of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communistic Party of China as well as the successful organization of the XX national congress of the Communistic Party of China, which became an important historical event outlining ways of further progressive development of the People’s Republic of China.

“These days, the world community, including people of Turkmenistan watched with great attention significant events that took place in the history of China, which facilitated the country to come out into the next stage of development in the new epoch. The outcome of the 20^th national congress of the Communistic Party of China fully demonstrated that the Chinese people fully believes its leader and the policy of all round modernization, strengthening of national spirit and improvement of living conditions of people under your wise leadership”, the head of the state underlined in his message.

“In the past decades China providing a stable high growth of industrial production and fulfilment of comprehensive social programs, has turned into the global economic, transport and scientific and technological hub. We are glad to note that for this period our countries, having established strategic partnership relations, have stepped into the new, higher stage of cooperation. I am sure that next five years of your leadership will be marked with further strengthening of economic potential of China as well as ensuring of progress and prosperity of all Chinese people”, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked underling that Turkmenistan attaches a great significance to the Turkmen-Chinese relations, which are traditionally based on principles of equality, mutual respect and mutual observation of interests.

In this regard, the head of the state pointed that we are aimed further to maintain the profound, substantial and trusted high-level dialogue with the People’s Republic of China with a view of realization of existing enormous potential of our strategic partnership.
