President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

“On such a significant day in your life, it is gratifying to note that the deep attention you pay to strengthening and development of bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation is of great importance. Cooperation between our countries is based on a long-term perspective. And we are ready for the benefit of our peoples to make every effort to further expand it,” the message says.

The President of Turkmenistan, once again congratulating President Vladimir Putin on his jubilee, expressed his wishes for good health, happiness and success in responsible state activities, and for the Russian people - progress and prosperity.
