President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In his message, the head of state noted that over the past three decades, interstate ties have been dynamically developing and firmly strengthening on the basis of good neighborliness, friendship and mutual understanding. To date, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan have signed more than 140 bilateral agreements on cooperation in political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and many other fields. Effective cooperation has been established within the framework of international and regional structures.

“I am convinced that by joint efforts, engaging all the huge potential of a multifaceted strategic partnership, we will consistently continue to implement the agreements reached for the benefit of our fraternal peoples,” President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized.

Taking advantage of this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan expressed wishes of sound health and happiness to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and peace, well-being and prosperity to the entire fraternal people of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
