President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Grand Duke of Luxembourg Henri and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state noted in his message, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, and also expressed confidence that, thanks to joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed sincere wishes to Grand Duke Heinri for good health, happiness and well-being, and to the people of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg - progress and prosperity.
