Last week, 49 transactions were registered at bids of the State Commodities and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

Businessmen from the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Hong Kong, Afghanistan, and Uzbekistan purchased gasoline, hydro-treated diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, reduced gas, and mixed paraffin gas produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries in the foreign currency. Polyethylene produced by the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern has become the subject of transactions of entrepreneurs from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan.

In addition, smooth-dyed and jacquard terry products, cotton yarn were sold in the foreign currency, which were purchased by representatives of business circles from Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, etc. The total amount of deals was over US $48,861 thousand.

In deposit manats, entrepreneurs from India purchased cotton yarn over 1,193 thousand manats.

For the domestic market, local businessmen bought high-density polyethylene (Türkmenhimiýa SC) and handmade carpets. The total amount of deals exceeded 18,437 thousand manats.
