In order to properly organize the work of the State Agency for Motor Roads Construction Management, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the Regulations on the above-mentioned State Agency.
The document also instructs the State Agency for Motor Roads Construction Management, jointly with the Ministry of Adalat (Justice) of Turkmenistan, to prepare and submit the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan proposals to on amendments and addenda to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Decree within a month.
