The architectural premieres devoted to the upcoming 30^th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan have made bright and characteristic strokes in the festive panorama of events. The opening of new significant objects on the eve of significant dates in the life of the country has become a noble tradition which eloquently testifies to the stronger economic power of our Fatherland, its social progress that is reflected on the large scale of construction activities developed in all corners of the country.

Today at the completely changed site of A. Niyazov Avenue and H.A.Yasavi Street the modern square and subways have been put into operation. This project which was carried out as a result of the town-planning program of development of Ashgabat under the leadership of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has become a wonderful gift to residents of the main town of the country for Independence Day of Turkmenistan.

During the opening ceremony of new buildings speakers noted that every day in the history of independent neutral Turkmenistan, confidently following forward, on the way of progress and creation, is marked with great achievements and remarkable labour victories. In the chronicle of the prosperous epoch of the powerful state there are a great variety of such wonderful events as today's celebrations.

The total area of a new park zone makes up 10 hectares, its length - 320 meters, and width - 310 meters. In the central part a complex of fountains in the form of Oguz khan's star is located.

In addition, pools, canopies, vacation spots were built there, lighting columns were established. The green zone is decorated with bright elements of landscaping - deciduous trees and various flowers that creates a peculiar harmony with spurting fountains, providing purity of air were planted.

The new park zone stretched to the International airport of the capital will become a fine place of recreation for residents of neighbouring houses. It should be noted that the leader of the nation pays much attention to creation of appropriate conditions for rest of citizens and guests of Ashgabat, transformation of parks into the most visited places.

The total area of four new subways opened also today makes up 6 thousand 270 square meters. Here shops are located, there is parking lots as well.

Our white marble capital strengthens its status as one of the most beautiful and comfortable cities for accommodation not only in the region, but also in the world, being a visible symbol of the policy of positive neutrality, peace and good neighbourhood pursued by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Constructions of road and transport infrastructure are of great importance for safety of pedestrians. It is the next evidence that care of wellbeing and safe life of people - a priority of social policy of the leader of the nation.

Participants of the ceremony passed through subways, examined their design and walked around the shops placed here.

In design of subways national patterns, göls, other decorative elements and materials, including marble were used.

Turkmen nationals are proud that our white marble capital by right took a worthy place in the Guinness Book of Records.

Ashgabat is called a "pearl" of the region, a fantastic city which is buried in verdure. The forest belts surrounding it are "lungs" of the capital which clear the air, providing ecological wellbeing.

Issues of improvement and development of the main town of the country, radical reconstruction and expansion of system of transport communications, gardening and arrangement of parks and squares, and also applications of achievements of science and advanced development for creation of the comfortable vital environment of the capital are in the centre of close attention of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. It once again visually was shown by the architectural premieres in Ashgabat which took place in the year which is held under the motto "Turkmenistan — Homeland of peace and trust".
