Turkmenistan has once again confirmed its conventional status as country-innovator, country-creator of ideas which proposes to the world essentially new, complex, al-round and universal approaches to the solution of actual issues of modernity of regional and global scale initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

These days the world press has drawn attention of business and political circles, and also millions people to the major event of 2021 declared at the initiative of Turkmenistan as International year of peace and trust that was supported by the UN and was fixed by the special Resolution of UN General Assembly.

It concerns the third Consultative meeting of heads of the Central Asian states held under the chairmanship of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on August 6 in Avaza national tourist zone at the coast of the Caspian Sea.

Extracts from speeches of the Turkmen leader and his high-ranking colleagues "in a twinkling of an eye" extended in the world information field thanks to news of the press-services of heads of the Central Asian states and those who were invited to the actions which were held in Avaza, journalists of leading foreign news agencies, including "RIA Novosti news agency", "France Press", «Associated press» and others.

As known, the head of Turkmenistan suggested to assign the Governments of five countries to carry out a deep analysis of the contents of the documents accepted following the results of the previous meetings, to develop and accept the "Road map" in which priorities of joint activity for the intermediate term period will be defined.

This statement of the Turkmen leader became a leitmotif of numerous publications extended by leading mass-media.

World press, referring to news of the State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH), information sites "Turkmenistan-today", «Turkmenistan: Golden Age», focused attention on the basic directions allocated with President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov priority spheres of joint efforts and interests.

 «Turkmenistan can increase considerably electric power and gas deliveries to the countries of Central Asia» - under such heading were placed the articles by news agency "Trend" and popular the electronic edition «SNG.TODAY» in the Commonwealth of Independent States.

As the world press ascertained, parties were suggested to start development of concrete plans on formation of the integrated transport system of the countries of Central Asia, using the joint experience gained in the given branch.

The extended coverage in foreign and domestic mass-media, including sites which grow in popularity «Turkmenportal» and «Arzuw news», new significant initiatives of the Turkmen leader speaks well for their urgency and unconditional demand.

Many printing and Internet editions have underlined that conditions in neighbouring Afghanistan became an important theme of discussion of heads of the states of Central Asia. As has noted by the Russian news agency "RIA Novosti news agency", referring to speeches of participants of the forum of high level, «security and sustainable development of the Central Asian region in many respects depends on political settlement in Afghanistan».

«Presidents of the countries of Central Asia expressed readiness to assist for the prompt achievement of civil peace in Afghanistan», - was informed, in turn, by "TASS".

Other leading news agency of the Russian Federation - "Interfax", in turn noted that consolidation of efforts of the countries of the region on struggle against the pandemic became one of the important components of the agenda. 

Popular Internet newspaper TURKMENISTAN.RU noted that the Presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan who spoke at the Consultative meeting, expressed to the head of Turkmenistan their gratitude for the shown hospitality and high level of organisation of the forum, having noted symbolical character of the present meeting which was being held in the year of the 30th anniversary of independence of states of Central Asia.

Numerous electronic editions, in particular, Internet portal-CIS «Space of integration», informed that the Consultative meeting of heads of the states of Central Asia came to the end with the adoption of the Joint statement in which the basic attention was given to expansion of cooperation in the field of energy, trade, logistical communications and to strengthening of joint efforts on struggle against consequences of the pandemic COVID-19 in the region.

Foreign mass media, including Internet site «Mir 24», emphasised that within the meeting of high level the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon became the first gentleman of "Honourable Sign” of heads of the states of Central Asia». 

It is remarkable that the song «Bagt nury», the author of words and music of which is the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov became the real highlight of the concert.

As it was marked in the survey materials extended by foreign mass-media, heads of the states of the Central Asian region, expressing deep gratitude for the accorded hearty welcome and hospitality, highly appreciated the initiative approach of the Turkmen party to the organisation of the Consultative meeting and expressed unanimous opinion on necessity of continuation of practice of parallel conduction  of similar large scale actions, called to promote consolidation of bonds of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries and the people of Central Asia.
