Last week, 35 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. In foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the UAE and Afghanistan bought aviation kerosene and hydrotreated diesel fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex. Businessmen from the UAE, Afghanistan and Scotland made deals for purchasing ECO-93 gasoline (Turkmengaz State Concern) and representatives of business circles from Hong Kong and Switzerland – carbamide (Turkmenkhimiya State Concern). Deals in foreign currency also included clear sheet glass, cotton yarn, plain dyed and jacquard terry textiles, and denim fabric. They were concluded by traders from the UAE, Turkey, Russia, and Kyrgyzstan. The sum total of the transactions exceeded US $25, 554,000. In local currency, entrepreneurs from Armenia, the UAE, Turkey, and Great Britain purchased cotton yarn. The sum total of the deals was over 13,413,000 manats. For the domestic market, local businessmen bought cotton fiber (over 232,000 manats).
