On December 9, the capital’s Bagtyyarlyk etrap hosted the opening ceremony of an ornamental metalwork plant with a production capacity of 300 tons per year ahead of the celebrations to mark the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality. The new complex boasts up-to-date equipment and innovative technology from foreign manufacturers. This will help to ensure high quality of products. The facility plans to significantly expand the range of products in the future. As one of the areas of import substitution, metalwork production will enable to satisfy needs of domestic builders, and will help to ensure the reliability of structural elements of facilities and to increase their durability. Products produced by the plant will be much sought after in the industrial and energy sectors, and city improvement and landscaping.
