Petroleum products and textile are leaders by number of export transactions at exchange trades

112 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week. For foreign currency, brokers from Russia and Uzbekistan have bought polyethylene. Jet fuel made at Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex was a subject of trades of businessmen from USA and Switzerland. In addition, dyed and jacquard terry products, jeans fabrics, cotton yarn have been sold for foreign currency to Russia, USA, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgystan. Total amount of transactions was more than 6,000,000 US dollars. For national currency, representatives of business circles of UAE, Pakistan, Switzerland, Turkey have bought handmade carpets and cotton yarn. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 7,068,000 manats. For local market, Turkmen entrepreneurs have bought high-density polyethylene (SC Turkmengaz) and handmade carpets to total amount of more than 60,643,000 manats.
