In order to regulate the work of state vocational educational institutions and ensure high quality vocational education, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Education", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Regulations "On State Vocational and Technical Educational Institutions", "On the State secondary vocational educational institutions”, “On the State higher professional educational institutions”.

In order to protect the environment in the epoch of might and happiness, to further increase the efficiency of work carried out in the context of preventing climate change, improve the socio-economic and environmental situation in the region of Turkmenistan in the Aral Sea zone, minimize the negative impact of the Aral Sea, as well as fulfill the tasks arising from the Resolution adopted by the UN General Assembly "Cooperation between the United Nations and the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the National Programme of Turkmenistan for the Aral Sea for 2021-2025 and the action plan for its implementation.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of our country, headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan R. Meredov, is sent on a working trip to Tehran (the Islamic Republic of Iran) on October 26-28, 2021 to participate in the work of the next 16th meeting of the Joint Turkmen-Iranian Commission on Economic Cooperation, as well as political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to the Akhal velayat to get acquainted with the state of affairs on the construction of a new modern velayat administrative center.

The 20th meeting of the joint committee "Turkmenistan-European Union" was held at the Ministry of Finance and Economy in the online format. The meeting brought together the heads and representatives of relevant specialized structures, business circles of Turkmenistan and the EU.

Today in the videoconference mode, the VIII Turkmen-Russian economic forum organised by Chambers of Commerce and Industry of two countries took place with a view of discussion of joint investment and industrial projects, strengthening and expansions of cooperation in the field of industry and manufacture of building materials, textile branch, agriculture, and also in spheres of logistics, tourism, digital technologies.

Today, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the head of the Public Joint Stock Company (PJSC) Lukoil Vagit Alekperov.

This September, marked by the glorious anniversary date - the 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of Turkmenistan, was highlighted by high international activity of ministries and departments in the context of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's successful open door policy and wide cooperation with foreign states.

Today President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held a digital working meeting with participation of some deputy-chairmen of the Cabinet, khyakims of regions and Ashkhabad.
