Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of Cabinet of Ministers, at which results of the work carried out in the country for eleven months of the current year, was summed up.

In order to create favourable conditions for the population of the country to solemnly celebrate the International Day of Neutrality and to properly rest on the occasion of the glorious 30^th anniversary of acquisition of the status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, I decree:

A special issue of the quarterly magazine ECO Heritage, published by the Institute of Culture of the Economic Cooperation Organization, has been published to mark the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30^th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent Neutrality. It contains articles devoted to important events in the political and cultural life of our country during this significant year, the importance of the legally neutral status of the Motherland, which was unanimously recognized three times at the international level, the development of friendly, fraternal bilateral and multilateral partnerships, as well as the rich national heritage of the Turkmen people.

Considering the intensity of traffic on the streets of the capital, we inform you that during the celebration of the 30^th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, namely from 8^th to 12^th of December, traffic on Garashsyzlyk Avenue, Bitarap Turkmenistan Avenue, and Turkmenbashy Avenue will be temporarily restricted.

Today, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country general Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council, at which results of work of military and law enforcement bodies for eleven months of the current year were considered.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov departed for a working visit to Mary velayat, where he reviewed the pace of seasonal agricultural work and the progress of the National rural program.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his deepest condolences to the President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Anura Kumar Dissanayake, in connection with the floods in the country caused by heavy rains, which led to numerous casualties, injuries, and destruction.
