Due to the fact that Memorial Day falls on Sunday, and also in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the National Program for the Development of Physiology in Turkmenistan for 2024–2028 and an Action Plan for its implementation in order to affirm the principles of a healthy lifestyle, strengthen health, and increase the average life expectancy of the population, as well as to study human physiology in hot climates within the framework of the planned measures for implementing the State Program "Saglyk" of the President of Turkmenistan. 

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Chad Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations.

Today, a high-level meeting dedicated to the launch of the Trans-Caspian Coordination Platform for Transport Crossings was held at the Arçabil Hotel in the capital.

On October 3, 2024, a meeting was held between the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the European Union Commissioner for International Cooperation Jutta Urpilainen.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Olaf Scholz and the people of the country on the occasion of the Day of German Unity.

On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations to Prime Minister of Japan Shigeru Ishiba on the occasion of his inauguration.

In order to prepare and ensure the participation of the national teams of Turkmenistan in the XXXIV Summer Olympic and XVIII Summer Paralympic Games, which will be held in the city of Los Angeles, United States of America in 2028, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. 

Turkmenistan welcomed the main holiday of the country – the 33rd anniversary of independence with glorious fulfilments and labour achievements. The dream of great poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi of construction of a sovereign state has come true. Effective realisation of grandiose undertakings and large-scale initiatives started by National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Hero-Arkadag by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, augments the authority of our fatherland, which has turned into a strong state in every respect with its unique model of independent neutral development. Programs of improvement of the level and quality of life of people, creation of competitive national economy as well as complex development of the country are successfully realised.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting via the digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyyev, who supervises the agro-industrial complex, and velayat khyakims. The agenda included issues of implementing the National Rural Program, as well as the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the country.
