One of the important events, which took place on August 6 in Avaza national tourist zone and dated for the Consultative meeting of heads of the states of Central Asia, held under the chairmanship of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, was the Economic forum of the countries of the region. As it was already informed, members of governments, heads of ministries and branch departments, representatives of financial organisations, private business, other corresponding structures, and also mass media of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kirghiz Republic, Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan took part in it.
Strategic partnership for peace, stability, universal well-being and progress - this basic principle of the foreign policy doctrine of Turkmenistan is very topical today for modern international relations. With all evidence it was shown by the third Consultative meeting of heads of the Central Asian states, which took place under the chairmanship of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the coast of the Caspian Sea, Avaza national tourist zone.
Turkmenistan has once again confirmed its conventional status as country-innovator, country-creator of ideas which proposes to the world essentially new, complex, al-round and universal approaches to the solution of actual issues of modernity of regional and global scale initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The events that took place on March 25 – the official opening of several greenhouse complexes across the country – are highly important and meaningful in many ways. First and foremost, they mark a new step towards achieving the country’s food self-sufficiency and supplying the domestic market with high-demand consumer products.
