The capital is preparing to host opening ceremonies of socio-cultural facilities constructed as part of the 15th stage of the Ashgabat Redevelopment Program. Their official opening will be timed to coincide with Independence Day of Turkmenistan. Among the project customers are the country’s various ministries and agencies, Ashgabat city khyakimlik, and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. The new residential neighborhood in the capital’s southern-western part includes 208 two-story cottages, 18 twelve-story and 16 three- and four-story residential buildings, as well as facilities of the social infrastructure, such as shopping centers, a kindergarten, a school, and others. The projects of the 15th stage have been implemented by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
