President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held the next working meeting by direct video communication with participation of the deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers who supervises spheres of construction, power energy and communal services, khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city, heads of some ministries of the country. The agenda included issues of socio-economic development of regions, the course of fulfilment of seasonal agricultural work and also issues of preparation for the 5th AIMAG. Heads of velayats reported on the state of affairs in regions, in particular, the course of sowing of winter wheat, preparation for the beginning of cotton harvesting, paces of construction of different objects and also realisation of complex measures on increase of social standards of living of the population. The information on festive events devoted to significant dates of the national calendar, including forthcoming Day of Knowledge and Student Youth was also delivered. Summarising reports, the President of Turkmenistan directed the attention to grain sowing and forthcoming cotton-picking campaign which should be carried out strictly to the planned terms. Necessity of qualitative conduction of all agro-technical actions for care of cotton was noted. The head of state focused the attention of khyakims on necessity of preparation of agricultural machinery and uninterrupted functioning of all facilities of harvesting machines. The president of Turkmenistan charged to hold issues of construction of objects of different designation, preparations for winter heating season and also for celebrations dated to the beginning of new academic year and 5th Asian indoor and martial arts games under an unrelenting control. Continuing the meeting, the head of state simultaneously called deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers D.Amangeldiev, khyakim of Ashgabat city Sh.Durdylyev and minister of communal services Abilov by direct video communication. The vice-premier reported on the state of affairs in his supervised branches. The head of capital administration reported on the course of preparation for the «Ashgabat 2017», measures on acceleration of paces of construction of objects of different designation. In turn, the minister of communal services reported on undertaken steps to accomplishment the capital and regions. The president of Turkmenistan specified a number of shortcomings of work carried out spent in Ashgabat, having noticed that its pace does not fully meet the requirements of time and the status of the central city of the country and charged corresponding heads to approach the duties assigned to them more responsibly. For ease of control over the activity of jurisdictional enterprises the President of Turkmenistan declared a warning to the minister of communal services M.Abilov and signed the corresponding Order. Summarising the discussion, the head of state once again underlined the topicality of the considered issues of socio-economic development of the country, creation of all conditions for worthy life of people and gave each of heads concrete commissions for organization of the actions devoted to Day of Knowledge and Student Youth, 5th Asian indoor and martial arts games.
