The State Program for the Development of social and human sciences and Action plan for its implementation has been approved. The corresponding Resolution was signed by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the government meeting. The above-mentioned State Program was adopted in order to ensure the country's social and economic progress, promote the harmonious spiritual and cultural development of the society, expand the legal outlook, improve public relations and intellectual potential, study and popularize historical and cultural values, and increase the effectiveness of scientific and educational activities. The document instructs the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan to ensure the implementation of the above-mentioned State Program in conjunction with the relevant ministries and industry departments.
