Mass public bicycle races dedicated to 50-day countdown until the beginning of V Asian Games to be held in Ashgabat and the regions

Preparation of new popularizing action, mass public cycling race initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and organized under Ashgabat 2017 project to mark 50-days countdown until V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, is carried out throughout the country in all regions and the capital. As it was informed to TDH at the City Administration of Ashgabat, the traffic would be limited in the capital on Saturday, July 29 from 7am t0 7pm. Private vehicles have to be parked at open and shaded car parking and the traffic on the roads is to be done only by bicycles. Leader of the ministries and departments, representatives of diplomatic corpse, international organizations, personnel of law enforcement agencies and branches of national economy, university students and other Turkmen citizens, the supporters of healthy life style will participate in the event. Mass public cycling races will be held in the regional administration centres as well.
