President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the country’s Armed Forces, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, signed the Decree on Pardoning the Convicted Persons on the Occasion of the Holy Night of Gadyr gijesi, pursuant to which 1029 Turkmenistan nationals will be freed from further serving their sentence. As stated, the document has been signed in line with the principles of clemency and humanism, to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and every family.
