The relevant Decrees were signed by the head of state at a meeting of the State Security Council of the country on the work results of military and law enforcement agencies for five months of 2017. Thus, Presidential Decrees confirmed the following appointments: Colonel Chakyev Mammetkhan Berdimyradovich was appointed the Director of State Service of Turkmenistan for Combating Economic Crimes, having been released from the post of Chairman of State Customs Service of Turkmenistan; Colonel Y. Soegov Y. Kakadurdyevich was appointed the Chairman of State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, having been released from the post of Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan; In accordance with Paragraph 16, Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan Hallyev Gylychmyrat was appointed the Chairman of Supreme Court of Turkmenistan; Charyev Begench Shadurdyevich was appointed the Director of Turkmen National Institute of Democracy and Human Rights under the President of Turkmenistan.
