I am confident that this forum, aimed at consolidation of fraternal relations of Turkmens of the World, would be held on high organizational level and events on occasion of the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution and the Day of Magtumguly Fragi Poetry would fill your hearts with pride for the Motherland, - the message of the Head of the State says. The Main Law was adopted on May 18, 1992. The Constitution of Turkmenistan serves as reliable foundation of the consolidation of political, economic, cultural and legislative structure of our state, successful realization of social, economic and legal reforms, expansion of versatile relations with our compatriots living in different parts of the world. Turkmenistan is invariably committed to the Constitutional principles of positive neutrality, which was recognized twice by the relative Resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly. In this regards, our country steadily pursue the policy of friendship, goodwill and broad international cooperation, which entirely corresponds with the interests of world community, universal peace, prosperity and security. Today, independent neutral Turkmenistan positions itself as a state where political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres are steadily developed and as a country of health, inspiration and friendship. V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Ashgabat in September 2017 will promote improvement of the glory of Turkmen capital, - the message highlights. Patriotism, friendship, humanity are the features are primordially inherent to our society. Deservingly following this noble tradition, we pay special attention to consolidation of the nation, expansion of versatile contacts with Turkmens of the world, improvement of the position of our state in international political, social, economic and cultural space as important directions of the state policy. For this purpose, we develop friendly relations with Turkmens of the world. The State will continue to render comprehensive support to dear brothers to allow them easily coming, studying, living and working in our country. The Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World carries out large work for propaganda of our constructive internal and foreign policy, assertion of the principles of peaceful coexisting, friendship and philanthropy. The Association pays special attention to the development of friendly relations in all spheres of economy, culture, science and education, public health, tourism, sport, entrepreneurship and other directions as well as to study and popularization of our material and cultural heritage. Today, the Association is one of the competent international organizations. It has branches in Russia, United States of America, Great Britani, China, Germany, France, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, India, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The efforts of the structural departments of the HATW are aimed at popularization of our ancient culture, material and spiritual values. The sphere of their activities involves the familiarization of the people of the world with our richest heritage as well as introduction of the cultures of different ethnic groups to Turkmen citizens. It is pleasant that these measures favours the improvement of the glory of the Motherland and unity of the people. I am confident that our foreign brothers will always support the initiatives of Turkmenistan for provision of universal peace and security and for expansion of international cooperation and will improve the authority of the Motherland, - the message highlights.
