President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov made personnel reshuffle in the government of Turkmenistan. The relevant Ukazes and Resolutions were signed by the head of the state at the enlarged session of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country devoted to the results of socio-economic development for the four months of 2017. Thus, by the presidential Ukaz, Muhammetmyrat Aydogdyev was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on industry issues and was dismissed from the position of the Chairman of the State Concern ""Turkmenkhimiya"". Batyr Atdaev was dismissed from the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, who supervised the trade complex and entrepreneurship, in connection with the transfer to another job. By the Ukaz of the head of the state, in accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 71 of Turkmenistan Constitution, Justice Adviser Batyr Atdaev was appointed Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan. Orazmyrat Gurbannazarov was appointed the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and dismissed from the position of the khyakim of Dashoguz velayat. He will oversee the sphere of trade and public-private partnership. Mergen Annabaev was relieved of his position as the Chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Environmental Protection and Land Resources for serious shortcomings in the work. Batyrmyrat Orazmyradov was appointed a new Chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Environmental Protection and Land Resources. Yazgeldi Annayev was dismissed from the position of the Director General of the State Association ""Turkmen Atlary"". He was replaced by Mergennepes Annanepesov, who previously filled the position of deputy general director of the State Association ""Turkmen Atlary"". Also, Mammet Bairamgulyev was appointed as a khyakim of Dashoguz velayat, and was relieved of his position as the khyakim of Dashoguz city.
