In particular, the honorary title was awarded to President of the Spanish Ahalteke Horse Breeding Association Blanca de Toledo Loma Osorio, President of the Ahalteke Horse Breeding Association in France Héloïse Anémone Flavia Girardi and a horse breeder from Uzbekistan Bakturdy Ibadullayev. The President of Turkmenistan congratulated the recipients of the awards and wished them health and new professional achievements, expressing the gratitude for their hard work in augmenting the glory of Ahalteke horses and increasing their genetic pool. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also invited the guests to take part in the festivities on occasion of the Turkmen Horse Day including the International Exhibition and Fair and the IX International Scientific Conference “A Turkmen Horse and the World Art of Horse Breeding” held in Turkmen capital.
