10 High-rise Apartment Blocks Commissioned in Ashgabat’s New Residential Area, Parahat-7

10 high-rise apartment blocks, including three houses for 54 apartments and seven houses for 36 apartments, were commissioned today in the capital’s residential area, Parahat-7, located in the southeastern part of Ashgabat. Parahat-7, the major housing estate, incorporates several areas – Parahat 7/1, Parahat 7/2, and Parahat 7/3. In the recent years, 48 9-storey dwelling houses have been constructed, and the necessary infrastructure, including malls; kindergartens; schools; Health Houses; sites for cultural and mass activities; children’s playgrounds; sports areas and multi-storey car parks, have been created in Parahat 7/1 and Parahat 7/2 microdisctricts. 27 standard houses, with approximately 2 thousand apartments, are currently being built in Parahat 7/3 microdistrict. The construction of a school for 600 students; kindergarten for 160 beds; mosque; two malls; and car parks is planned here. Two houses for 108 apartments and one house for 36 apartments have been built and commissioned to dwellers here. The third stage of construction in Parahat-7 estate will cover over a 100 9-storey buildings with monolithic walls and concrete block filling. Total residential areas in 54-apartment corner houses will amount to 94 square meters in two-room flats; 123 square meters in three-room flats, and 144 square meters in four-room flats.
