On behalf of Turkish people and personally, I cordially congratulate you and all Turkmen people with the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Turkmenistan, - the message says. It is a great honour for us to be the first who recognized the independence of Turkmenistan, which is considered as our ancestral home. Our political relations and versatile cooperation entered quality new level for the quarter of the century. I am confident that constructive dialog, established for 25 years, would continue to be actively developed and efficient cooperation would be aimed at further stability in the region. Taking an opportunity I again congratulate you on the election for the post of the President of Turkmenistan and wish Your Excellence strong health and happiness and wellbeing and prosperity to fraternal Turkmen people.
