It is a great honour for us to be the first who recognized the independence of Turkmenistan, which is considered as our ancestral home. Our political relations and versatile cooperation entered quality new level for the quarter of the century. I am confident that constructive dialog, established for 25 years, would continue to be actively developed and efficient cooperation would be aimed at further stability in the region.
