Polling stations opened early in the morning of February 12th, according to the local time in each region of the planet. The organizers of the socio-political campaign have created all the necessary conditions to ensure that the citizens of our country, who find themselves abroad in the period of elections, can realize their constitutional rights. According to observers, from the very first minutes of the opening of all polling stations the voting process showed civil maturity, responsibility and consciousness of our compatriots living, working and studying in different countries of the world.
