Today, the opening ceremony of the regular exhibition of export goods of the Republic of Turkiye was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. The large-scale economic exposition, which annually brings together leading manufacturers of the friendly country, once again confirmed adherence of two states to relations of strategic partnership.

Thanks to the "open doors” policy realised under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who worthily continues undertakings of Hero-Arkadag, Turkmenistan consistently develops fruitful cooperation with world countries, including with the brotherly Republic of Turkiye.

Turkmen-Turkish economic cooperation has a strategic character and is based on historical and cultural commonality of two peoples. Turkiye is one of the largest trading partners of our country and Turkish companies take leading positions in realisation of large-scale infrastructural projects in Turkmenistan. The constructive political dialogue at the top-level gives a powerful impulse to bring traditional interstate relations out to a qualitatively new boundaries and enrichment of their content.

At present, bilateral cooperation covers a wide spectrum of areas - from textile industry to agriculture, construction and high technologies. The annual growth of mutual goods turnover testifies to its successful development.

Members of the Government, heads and representatives of ministries and sectoral departments, heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan as well as numerous businesspersons and workers of mass media took part in the solemn ceremony of opening of the exhibition.

The gathered heard the welcoming massage of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to participants of the exhibition with great enthusiasm. Having pointed out that at present, the Republic of Turkiye is one of the large trade and economic partners of our country, the head of the state underlined that the Turkish companies, closely co-operating with Turkmen partners, successfully implement joint projects in various segments of economy and expand productive cooperation in the business sphere.

«At the exhibition, which opens today, one can see achievements, advanced practical solutions, innovative proposals and solutions of Turkish companies in many spheres, in particular, in the agrarian complex, food industry, and construction, manufacture of industrial equipment, energy, chemical industry as well as medicine, science and education. Not only the companies operating in Turkmenistan, but also those, which display for the first time their production, are widely represented at the exhibition. The given fact again clearly attests to the huge interest of businessmen of two friendly countries in mutually beneficial cooperation for long term», - President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted in his message.

The welcoming message of the head of the state added more importance to the present review.

At the ceremony, minister of trade of the Republic of Turkiye Omer Bolat who expressed to the Turkmen party his sincere gratitude for fine conditions created for to hold the exhibition and for hospitality shown to the Turkish delegation spoke.

The present exposition speaks clearly of successful realisation of the agreements reached earlier at the higher state level. Today, the political dialogue between our countries differs with high dynamics of development that finds reflexion in regular similar events and meetings.

The exhibition impresses with a variety of exposition. In spacious halls of CIT, one can see the stands of more than 100 companies familiarizing with the industrial potential of Turkiye. Among them are representatives of dynamically developing small and medium size businesses and the largest industrial enterprises.

The special attention of visitors is caught with stands of the companies, specialized in industrial sphere and mechanical engineering sector. Turkish manufacturers presented the latest samples of the equipment and technological systems intended for modernisation of capacities. The given area evokes a great interest in the context of implementation of national programs for industrialisation of our fatherland.

The important place at the exhibition is given to technologies in construction sector. As known, Turkish partners actively participate in realisation of the town-planning program developed in our country. At stands, one can see modern construction and finishing materials as well as innovative solutions for "smart" cities.

The construction branch acts as one of the key areas of interstate cooperation. Throughout many years, the Turkish construction companies participate in realisation of large-scale projects in Turkmenistan, beginning from erection of modern industrial clusters to formation of unique architectural shape of our capital. At that, aseismic technologies and innovative materials are applied, works are conducted according to the international standards.

The special place in the exposition is also given to energy sector. In the epoch of global transition to "green" economy, Turkish partners offer innovative solutions in the field of energy saving and use of renewable energy sources that causes a great interest in Turkmen experts.

The exhibition also widely acquaints with successes of the brotherly country in agricultural branch.

The attention of visitors is caught with automated control systems of hothouses and the equipment for drop irrigation. The given technologies are of great importance for achievement of purposes in the field of rational use of water resources and increase of productivity of agricultural crops.

By tradition, a wide assortment of let out production is represented here by the food-processing industry of Turkey. It includes not only articles of food, but also advanced packing equipment, allowing keeping freshness and quality of foodstuff. The exchange of experience in the given area promotes maintenance of home market of our country with high-quality goods.

At the exhibition stands, one can also see production of chemical industry. During familiarization with the exposition, visitors mark a high ecological compatibility of production corresponding to world standards.

Transition from traditional trade to hi-tech manufactures is an important result of long-term work of the given exhibition. Spheres of household chemical goods and construction materials also clearly attest to the fact. Effectively applying Turkish technologies and experience in these areas, Turkmen businesspersons have adjusted the output, answering to the international standards. Today, these goods are in great demand both in home and foreign markets.

The sphere of services is displayed by the companies - exporters of goods and engaged in logistics. Under the conditions of formation of large transport-transit centres in Turkmenistan, experience of Turkish partners in management of goods traffics for development of international transport routes evokes a particular interest.

The attention of visitors of the exhibition is also diverted with stands of education sphere, which acquaint with programs of bachelor and master degrees of leading state and private universities of Turkiye. The number of professional areas includes architecture, engineering, medicine, international relations. Here it is possible to receive the detailed information from representatives of higher educational institutions.

Participation of the academic circles of Turkiye in the given exposition testifies to the deepening of bilateral cultural-humanitarian cooperation. Stands of higher educational institutions are equipped by the materials allowing future students to familiarise with research potential of universities.

In the exhibition, business meetings of representatives of two countries also took place. Similar contacts promote discussion of future transactions and development of general strategy for creation of joint ventures.

The issue of professional training also became a subject of interested exchange of opinions. Turkish companies expressed their readiness for organisation of training seminars for Turkmen specialists, who will operate the equipment made by them.

The present large-scale review testifies to the achievement of Turkmen-Turkish cooperation a qualitatively new level. The mutually beneficial partnership based on the principle «Two states - one nation», continues to bear fruits for both countries.

The annual increase in number of the companies participating in the exhibition confirms the status of Ashgabat as important business centre of the region. In the present period, our capital has become a venue of generating of progressive ideas and realisation of perspective projects.

Certainly, the present review will serve the further strengthening of bonds of friendship and brotherhood between two people and joint efforts will promote the successful solution of priority tasks facing economy of both countries.
