In order to create favourable conditions for the population of the country to solemnly celebrate the International Day of Neutrality and to properly rest on the occasion of the glorious 30th anniversary of acquisition of the status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, I decree:
1. Declare 11th to 13th of December, 2025, as non-working days.
2. Ensure the implementation of this Decree by all departments, enterprises and organisations, regardless of their form of ownership.
