Today, relevant segments of the global digital economy, the best technological solutions in telecommunications systems, and logistics strategies from the regional and global transport sector are actively integrating into economic life of our country. To further develop digital economy and transport sector of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat will host the international exhibition and scientific conference «Türkmentel-2025» and the international conference and exhibition «International transport corridors: interconnection and development – 2025» from 12th to 14th of November.
Thus, for the first time, two international events will be brought together on a single exhibition and dialogue platform to combine objectives aimed at modernizing the national telecommunications institute and fostering innovative development in the country, within the context of implementing thematic state programs and projects.
According to expert opinion, this format of interaction will provide an opportunity to gain a more in-depth understanding of domestic and global achievements in the field of high technology and transport solutions, as well as to exchange experiences.
The impressive attendance reflects the high significance of the upcoming meetings. The «Türkmentel-2025» international forum will be attended by senior representatives of the International telecommunication union (ITU), the Universal postal union (UPU), and major players in the global technology market. Among them are such renowned companies as «Ozon», «Huawei», «Nokia», «Cisco», «Juniper», «Thales», «IBM», «Mitsubishi», «Turkish Post», «Kras-Logistics GmbH», «China CAMC Engineering», and «China Harbour Engineering Company». In total, more than 80 foreign companies and 350 delegations will gather in Ashgabat.
The exhibition will showcase new innovative solutions in the digital economy, cybersecurity, 5G technologies, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications. Plans also include a «FinTech» forum, an «ITU» training course, and an International startup-forum in partnership with UNDP.
Presentations on key thematic areas will be held on the side-lines of the «International transport and infrastructure corridors: connectivity and development 2025» forum. These include the future concept of the transport system, regional connectivity and multimodal infrastructure corridors, air transport sustainability, innovative solutions for transport and logistics chains, and opportunities for attracting investment.
