The total amount of transactions at the SCRMET auctions exceeded 5 million 506 thousand USA dollars

Last week, 11 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

Using foreign currency, business representatives from Türkiye and Afghanistan purchased urea (SC «Türkmenhimiýa») and aviation kerosene produced at the processing facilities of the State concern «Türkmennebit».

In addition, bed linen sets, cotton yarn, cotton fibre, light industry waste, and liquorice roots and rhizomes were sold for foreign currency. The purchasing countries included China, Türkiýe, Switzerland, and Estonia. The total transaction value exceeded 5 million 506 thousand USA dollars.

For the domestic market, domestic businessmen purchased polypropylene and base oil (SC «Türkmennebit»), as well as cotton fiber, for a total of over 58 million 625 thousand manats.
