In connection with the change in the administrative-territorial division of the Ahal, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary velayats, and in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:

1. Within the total number of judges and judicial employees of all courts of Turkmenistan, the following shall be established:

1) the Altyn asyr etrap court of the Ahal velayat;

2) the Garashsyzlyk and Gubadag etrap courts of the Dashoguz velayat;

3) the Dovletli etrap court, Farap, and Garabekevul etrap courts of the Lebap velayat;

4) the Oguzhan etrap court of the Mary velayat.

2. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan shall amend the 2025 State Budget in accordance with this Resolution.
