In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, our independent country is achieving impressive results in all sectors of the economy. Every day, month, and year of our neutral state is marked by labour victories. Adopted programs for the development of the Fatherland are being successfully implemented. Our hardworking women are actively participating in these ambitious undertakings. Selflessly working in various sectors of the economy, they are celebrating the 34th anniversary of the independence of the neutral state with great labour gifts. Their contribution to strengthening the unity and cohesion of the country, preserving traditions and customs, and preserving the family hearth is great.

By actively participating in the public life of the state, dear mothers are raising their sons and daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren—a literate, patriotic, and hardworking generation with a broad outlook. This work is incomparable in its value. The contributions of our dear women in explaining and implementing the domestic and foreign policies of an independent, neutral state are worthy of the greatest respect and admiration.

For great services in strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, the cohesion, unity and moral foundations of Turkmen society and each family, in maintaining the continuity of the spiritual roots and traditions of the Turkmen people, for services in educating the younger generation, raising youth in the spirit of respect for national values, historical heritage, ancient traditions and customs of the Turkmen people, patriotism, hard work, courage and bravery, taking into account particularly fruitful social activities, and also on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the independence of neutral Turkmenistan, I decree:
