In order to prepare the draft State Budget for 2026, the main directions of socio-economic development and the country's investment program in a timely manner, guided by the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028» in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, in accordance with the Budget Code, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution instructing the Ministry of Finance and Economy to:

organise work on preparing the draft State Budget for 2026, the main directions of socio-economic development and the country's investment program and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers by the 1st of November, 2025;

by the 1st of June, 2025, send out calculation forms and guidelines for drawing up the above-mentioned projects to the ministries, departments, hakimlik of the velayats, the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag;

create a working group of specialists and organise its effective work to prepare the above-mentioned projects.
