On amendments to the administrative territory of the city of Arkadag

Under the wise leadership of the deeply respected President Arkadagly Hero Serdar, the city of Arkadag, which has been awarded numerous international certificates for its architectural and environmental standards, is becoming a center for hosting forums and conferences of global significance, growing and transforming every day, guided by high goals. The beautiful appearance of the city of Arkadag, corresponding to modern urban planning, reflects the successes achieved in our country, confidently moving towards the peaks of progress, and the prosperous life of our people.

With the aim of further developing the urban economy of the city of Arkadag, creating optimal conditions in the sphere of organization and management, and taking into account the representation of the khakimlik of the city of Arkadag, in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Procedure for Resolving Issues of Administrative-Territorial Division of Turkmenistan", the Mejlis of Turkmenistan resolves:

1. To transfer 65 hectares of land from the city of Ashgabat to the administrative territory of the city of Arkadag in accordance with the scheme attached to this resolution.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, together with the khakimlik of the city of Arkadag, shall describe the administrative-territorial boundary of the city of Arkadag in the established order.
