In accordance with Articles 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:

to appoint Begnazar Hoshgeldiyevich Agayev as a judge of the Sarahs etrap court of the Ahal velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class;

to appoint Annagul Berdinazarovna Begnazarova as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Kopetdag etrap court of the city of Ashgabat and assign her the 5^th qualification class;

appoint Begmyrat Nurynepesovich Baylyyev as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Charjev etrap court of the Lebap velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class;

appoint Oraz Kemalovich Kemalov as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Charjev etrap court of the Lebap velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class;

appoint Erkin Nurmammedov as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Danev etrap court of the Lebap velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class;

appoint Muhammet Dovranovich Charyyev as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Bayramaly City Court of the Mary Velayat and assign him the 5^th qualification class;

dismiss Kyyas Ovezov from the post of chairman of the Berkararlyk Etrap Court of the city of Ashgabat due to the expiration of his term of office;

dismiss Berdimyrat Yezdankuliyevich Saparmammedov from the post of judge of the Bagtyyarlyk Etrap Court of the city of Ashgabat due to the expiration of his term of office.
